Job summary

MDNI Group LLC is seeking a Structural/ Civil Engineer with strong BIM and Revit experience to join our technical team in Los Angeles, CA. The Technical Office Engineer – Structural will create and maintain BIM models, prepare drawings, and coordinate with Architectural and MEP disciplines to ensure accurate, clash-free designs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 3 years of BIM/Revit work on structural projects, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering
3+ years of BIM/Revit experience in structural projects
Strong knowledge of structural systems and construction practices
Experience with multidisciplinary project coordination
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Create and maintain structural BIM models using Revit
Prepare structural shop drawings and reinforcement detailing
Coordinate with Architectural and MEP disciplines
Conduct model reviews and clash detection
Support quantity take-offs and material estimates
Assist with technical and design-related issues
Participate in coordination meetings and project reviews
