Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Structural Revit/BIM Modeler to support a diverse range of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. Join a collaborative team that emphasizes technical excellence and professional development throughout design and construction.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality project documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, BIM or related field.
• 3+ years of experience modeling structural building systems.
• Strong proficiency with Revit Structure and BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam or similar tools.
• Understanding of structural construction methods, detailing practices and building documentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural BIM models and construction documents using Revit Structure.
• Produce plans, framing layouts, elevations, sections, schedules and related deliverables.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
• Assist with BIM standards, family development and model maintenance.
• Perform quality reviews of drawings and models for accuracy and completeness.
• Support project teams through design and construction phases.
