Job summary

Motocruit is seeking a Structural Auto Body Technician in Morrison, CO to repair and restore vehicles with structural damage, including frame alignment, panel replacement, and welding using MIG/TIG methods.

You will work with Car-O-Liner and other advanced tools, follow safety standards, and communicate repair plans with teammates and customers while staying current with technique updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of auto body repair experience with emphasis on structural repairs.
• Knowledge of welding techniques and use of specialized tools and equipment.
• Experience in frame and suspension alignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess structural damage to determine repair scope.
• Disassemble damaged vehicles to assess extent and hidden damage.
• Repair and rebuild vehicle frames to factory specifications.
• Align frames and suspension systems for proper handling and safety.
• Replace damaged panels and parts with new or used options.
• Use welding techniques (MIG, TIG, resistance) for repairs.
• Use computerized measuring systems to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Communicate repair needs and timelines with team and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
