Tiberius Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Structural Analysis & Test Engineer to validate structural integrity and environmental survivability of hardware. You will translate system requirements into component loads, perform static and dynamic analyses, and own verification strategies from concept to flight hardware.

The role requires building and validating FEA models, planning tests, correlating results with simulations, and collaborating across engineering teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing structural analysis and supporting physical testing of hardware.
• Strong foundation in solid mechanics, structural dynamics, fatigue, vibration, and thermal stress.
• Proficiency with finite‑element tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, NASTRAN, FEMAP) and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural verification plans from requirements to verification.
• Define test conditions, instrumentation plans, procedures and acceptance criteria tracing to requirements.
• Design or support test fixtures accounting for stiffness, modal behavior, and measurement impact.
• Support test execution, instrumentation, data‑acquisition configuration, troubleshooting and post‑test inspection.
• Process and interpret strain, acceleration, force, displacement and temperature data using MATLAB or Python.
• Correlate finite‑element models with modal, strain, vibration, shock and thermal‑test data.
