Job summary

Tiberius Aerospace in Orange County, California is seeking a hands-on Structural Engineer to design, analyze, build, test, and qualify structural hardware for advanced air vehicle and precision-strike programs. You will own structural work from concept through production, spanning metallic and composite structures, interfaces, and mechanisms in high-load, high-vibration environments.

BS or higher in a relevant engineering discipline with emphasis on structures and aero hardware.
Strong background in statics, dynamics, and materials behavior for aerospace.
Experience using FEA tools and interpreting results for design decisions.

Responsibilities

Design and analyze primary and secondary structures for air vehicles and munition systems.
Develop concepts and detailed designs for metallic and composite hardware.
Perform load-path assessments and margin-of-safety calculations.
Plan and execute tests; support flight-test and qualification campaigns.
Translate analysis into actionable design guidance across cross-functional teams.
