Job summary

You will own test planning, instrumentation, data capture, analysis, reporting, and root cause investigations, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance reliability, performance, and readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience testing complex physical systems.
• Experience with hardware validation and qualification testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans for electrical, mechanical, and integrated aerospace systems.
• Own the full test lifecycle: planning, setup, data collection, analysis, reporting.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design engineers to verify requirements and improve testability.
