Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking an experienced Program Supervisor for the Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) in Turlock, CA. You will lead a girl cottage, coach Therapeutic Youth Counselors, and partner with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams to ensure a safe, structured, and healing environment for youth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science plus two years as a social worker in a children’s agency or residential setting.
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years’ administrative or supervisory experience over staff serving children.
• Two years at an accredited college plus at least five years’ administrative or supervisory experience over staff.
• Qualified and certified group home administrator prior to Jan 1, 2017.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Therapeutic Youth Counselors.
• Lead scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Model trauma-informed leadership and conflict resolution.
• Respond to on-site emergencies.
