Job summary

Aspiranet in Turlock, CA is seeking a Program Supervisor (Finance) to lead the STRTP teams on-site. This full-time role focuses on coaching Therapeutic Youth Counselors, coordinating cottage operations, and ensuring trauma-informed, compliant care across multiple cottages.

You will partner with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams, manage day-to-day activities within budget, and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes in a structured residential setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field OR equivalent CDSS-recognized experience.
• Two years of experience working with the population served (or equivalent).
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Therapeutic Youth Counselors.
• Lead scheduling, training engagement, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.
• Oversee day-to-day cottage operations and budget-conscious activities.
