Pay Range: $70,304 - $72,000
The salary range for this position is $70,304- $72,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. This role is big-picture and multi-site focused, coaching and mentoring Program Supervisors and their teams across cottages to ensure consistent, high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Aspiranet is seeking a confident, trauma-informed leader to serve as a Program Supervisor within our Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP).
This role is ideal for someone who has supervised teams in residential care, behavioral health, education, facility management, or youth-serving environments - and is ready to lead within a structured, care-focused, and quality-oriented residential setting.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential cottage, supervising Therapeutic Youth Counselors and partnering with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams to ensure a safe, structured, and healing environment for youth.
This role requires someone who can balance structure and compassion, accountability and support, compliance and care.
This is a hands-on leadership role - not a desk-only position.
