Job summary

Aspiranet’s Hope Forward Campus in Turlock, CA, seeks a Therapeutic Youth Counselor I to join the STRTP program. You will provide direct care for up to four youth, support daily routines, and collaborate with clinical staff to implement trauma-informed treatment plans in a dynamic residential setting.

Qualifications include a degree or permit as listed, evening/weekend availability, and proficiency with basic office software.

Qualifications

• Candidates must meet one or more of the listed education or certification criteria.
• Experience with trauma-informed residential care is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.
• Must maintain documentation and comply with licensing standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for up to four youth within a STRTP setting.
• Support structure, stability and daily routines including meals and activities.
• Implement trauma-responsive treatment plans with clinical staff.
• Assist with transport, documentation, and progress notes.
• Engage youth in therapeutic activities and supervise safe play.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environment.
