Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Program Supervisor for a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) girl cottage in Turlock, CA. You will lead a small team, shape daily routines, and ensure trauma-informed care for youth within a multi-site residential setting.

You will collaborate with Behavioral Health and Social Work teams to maintain a safe, structured, and healing environment for up to four girls per cottage, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• MA in behavioral science with 2+ years in social work in agency serving children or residential care.
• BA + 3 years administrative or supervisory experience in child-serving settings.
• 2 years at an accredited college plus 5 years supervisory admin experience in child services.
• Must qualify to be an STRTP Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential cottage and supervise Therapeutic Youth Counselors.
• Lead scheduling, training engagement, and performance feedback across cottages.
• Ensure trauma-informed care and crisis leadership within a structured environment.
• Maintain licensing compliance and accurate documentation with agency standards.
