Qualifikationen

• Current BLS certification (Healthcare Provider) required

Aufgaben

• Interact with patients and visitors, answer call lights, answer phones, assist visitors; perform hourly rounding.
• Assist in patient safe handling, ambulation, and repositioning with Safe Patient Handling equipment.
• Provide basic nursing care including ADLs, personal care, feeding and positioning under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, room setup and orientation of patients.
• Document patient care activities including vital signs, intake/output, and wound care.
• Assist with restocking equipment/linens and other unit support tasks.
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
