Job summary

Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator, Stroke & Sepsis to provide clinical leadership, program coordination, education, and performance improvement support for our stroke and sepsis initiatives.

In this role you will partner with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and other disciplines to drive evidence-based care, ensure regulatory readiness, review data, and advance protocol adherence and quality improvement across the care continuum.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
CA RN license must be obtained by hire date.
3 years of acute care nursing experience, including stroke care.
Certification in Stroke or Neurosciences preferred or within 6 months of hire.
3 years of clinical experience in acute care stroke care.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership for the hospital's stroke and sepsis programs.
Coordinate program activities, education, and performance improvement initiatives.
Support regulatory readiness and data review to drive outcomes.
Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and other stakeholders to ensure evidence-based care.
