Job summary

Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Los Angeles area seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator for Stroke & Sepsis to provide clinical leadership, coordinate programs, deliver education, and support performance improvement across the hospital.

You will partner with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and other professionals to advance evidence-based care, ensure regulatory readiness, review data, and drive quality initiatives that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Certification in Stroke or Neurosciences within 6 months of hire.
• California RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
• Specialty stroke/sepsis/critical care leadership certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for stroke and sepsis programs.
• Coordinate program operations and education efforts.
• Support regulatory readiness and accreditation activities.
• Lead performance improvement and data review initiatives.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and others to improve outcomes.
