Job summary

Providence Tarzana Medical Center seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to lead the Stroke & Sepsis programs. You will partner with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and quality teams to advance evidence-based care and drive performance improvement.

The role emphasizes education, data review, protocol adherence, and regulatory readiness to improve outcomes for stroke and sepsis patients. A California RN license and SCRN/CEN/CCRN or similar certification are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Certification in Stroke/Neurosciences preferred or within 6 months of hire.
• California RN license required at hire.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Fire & Life Safety Card required within 30 days.
• Stroke/sepsis/critical care/nursing leadership certs encouraged at hire.
• Minimum 3 years acute care nursing and direct stroke patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and program coordination for stroke and sepsis programs.
• Lead education and performance improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, EMS, quality, and other stakeholders for program readiness and data review.
• Support regulatory and accreditation readiness and protocol adherence.
