Job summary

Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator for Stroke & Sepsis to provide clinical leadership, program coordination, and education across care teams. You will partner with nursing, physicians, EMS, and quality to drive performance improvement and regulatory readiness.

Ideal candidates hold a nursing degree with RN licensure in CA, BLS, and relevant stroke/critical-care certifications, plus several years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • California RN license upon hire.
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Fire and Life Safety Card within 30 days of hire.
  • Specialty certification (SCRN, CEN, CCRN, CPHQ, NE-BC, or similar) upon hire.
  • 3 years of acute care nursing experience.
  • 3 years of clinical experience in stroke care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and program coordination for the stroke and sepsis programs.
  • Support regulatory and accreditation readiness and data review.
  • Lead clinical education, protocol adherence, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, EMS, and other stakeholders to improve outcomes.
