Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York is seeking a Stroke Operations Manager to lead the Stroke Program across the MMC-MMV region, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with Comprehensive and Primary Stroke certifications. You will partner with the Stroke Program Medical and Surgical Directors in a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operational leadership, managing financial, programmatic, and human resources activities; guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently is required.
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate schedules and timelines for leadership needs.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of budgeting and organizational structures.
Ability to lead, supervise, instruct, oversee, and interview staff.
Experience in healthcare or strategy operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead process and quality improvement initiatives for stroke care.
Manage human resources and oversee non-clinical project teams.
Monitor clinical, financial, and operational metrics to drive program performance.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national standards for stroke care.
Collaborate with medical faculty, clinical staff, regional partners, Telehealth, Marketing, and EMS.
