Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Stroke Program Manager to oversee data collection, abstraction, and entry for the stroke/neuro-interventional program. You will ensure regulatory compliance and lead a team across disciplines to achieve stellar outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaboration with Medical Directors, implementing care guidelines with EMS and ED teams, and providing technical leadership for complex duties while supporting program growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent education/related experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Five years' experience preferred.
• One year's leadership experience preferred.
• Two years' experience of acute care nursing in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accountability for managing the stroke program and ensures compliance with data submission requirements.
• Collaborates with Medical Director and management to oversee the stroke program and improve patient outcomes.
• Provides day-to-day technical leadership and uses independent judgment on complex duties.
• Acts as clinician, educator, researcher and consultant to staff and patients within the stroke program.
• Performs HR-related duties such as hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions and participates in budgeting.
