Responsibilities

• Evaluates, diagnoses, treats and manages illnesses in inpatient setting.
• Obtains medical histories and conducts exams; prescribes therapies.
• Interprets data and orders diagnostics; collaborates with physicians.
• Provides care coordination and patient education across care settings.
• Delivers pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as needed.
• Prepares care plans and maintains clinical documentation.
