Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate of arts degree or higher or 48 college credits with grade C or higher.
• Passing score on paraprofessional exams (ParaPro 455+, ParaPathways 332/334, Foundations 220).

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to students.
• Follow teacher lesson plans for individuals or small groups.
• Assist with data collection, testing, and assessments.
• Support implementation of IEPs/IFSPs for students with special needs.
• Assist with behavior management and restraint as required.
• Prepare instructional materials and assist with class duties.
