Job summary

StretchLab in Naples, FL is seeking personal trainers, massage and physical therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This role supports clients with 1:1 assisted stretching and helps them champion healthier, happier lives while building a welcoming studio culture.

You will deliver sessions, motivate clients, maintain safety, help grow memberships, attend meetings, and contribute to social media presence.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment.
• A passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Must be able to create a positive environment welcoming all people.
• Ability to connect with clients and help them achieve goals.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and attendance adherence.
• Completion of StretchLab 3-day Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online, 3 days in-person).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions.
• Ensure safety of clients and enforce StretchLab policies.
• Build StretchLab memberships and retain clients.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns as applicable.
• Assist sales and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment for client use.
