Job summary

StretchLab is seeking team members to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions in our Naples, FL studio. You will motivate clients, ensure safety, and help grow membership while upholding studio policies.

Ideal candidates love boutique fitness and mobility work. Training to become a Flexologist is provided, with online tutorials and hands-on days to complete in-person instruction.

Qualifications

• Experience in stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program (20 hrs online, 3 days in person).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions.
• Ensure safety and enforce StretchLab policies.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clients.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Assist sales and GM with tours and sales.
• Maintain strong social media presence for client interaction.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.
