StretchLab Naples is seeking a Flexologist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and support clients in achieving healthier, happier lives. You will receive in-house training, join a team focused on community and growth, and contribute to a positive studio culture.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, safety-first stretching techniques, and participation in ongoing training with a flexible schedule and minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies.
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist sales and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain strong social media presence for membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.

StretchLab is seeking individuals with backgrounds in personal training, massage and physical therapy, dance/yoga/Pilates instruction, or backgrounds with stretching/exercise/bodywork to join our team as a Flexologist.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at our StretchLab studio in Naples!

You will receive in house training for the Flexologist role (providing one‑on‑one assisted stretching sessions). This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

Your job will be to support clients in championing healthier and happier lives. Our goal is to create a studio where you'll thrive & build a community of people who are committed to guiding stretches that are empowering, energizing, and fun! We look for folks who love to build and nurture relationships with clients and help them .

Flexible schedule with recommendation of 6 hours shifts - 20 hours a week minimum.

Duties

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
• Maintain strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
