Job summary

StretchLab is seeking team members to deliver 1:1 assisted stretch sessions and enhance clients’ health and happiness. Roles welcome massage therapists, trainers, therapists, and instructors across Pilates, yoga, and dance backgrounds.

You’ll train in Flexologist content and contribute to a growing studio culture focused on empowerment, energy, and fun. Ideal candidates love boutique fitness, enjoy helping clients reach goals, and are reliable with good attendance.

Qualifications

• Boutique fitness environment experience
• Passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
• Availability to go through Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online + 3 days in-person)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies
• Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
• Handle member concerns as applicable
• Assist sales and GM with studio tour and sales
• Maintain strong social media presence for member interaction
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use
