Job summary

StretchLab in Naples, FL is seeking team members to deliver 1:1 assisted stretch sessions, motivate clients, and uphold safety standards. The role supports sales and studio tours while building member loyalty and a strong local community around mobility and wellness.

Ideal candidates bring a boutique fitness mindset, passion for stretching, and readiness to train in the Flexologist program, with long-term growth within the company.

Qualifications

Boutique fitness environment passion required.
Interest in stretching, mobility and flexibility.
Preferred backgrounds include massage, PT, and fitness instruction.
Ability to create a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
Must commit to Flexologist Training (20 online hours + 3 days in-person).

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
Encourage and motivate clients
Ensure client safety and policy compliance
Build StretchLab membership and retain clientele
Attend staff meetings and trainings
Assist sales and GM with studio tours and sales
Maintain social media presence for membership engagement
Keep equipment clean and ready for use
