StretchLab - Blue Bell is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our studio in Blue Bell, PA. You will deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group classes, building your client base while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment.
• Certification or expertise in PT/MT/Trainer/Pilates/Yoga/Dance.
• Experience in fitness/wellness with hands-on client training.
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Reliable, professional work ethic and attendance.
• Must complete Flexologist Training: 25h online, 2 days in-person, 20h post-training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretch classes for clients.
• Provide high-quality client care and experience.
• Ensure client safety and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.
• Build your book of business, convert prospects, and retain members.
• Participate in networking and studio promotions.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Assist sales associates and GM with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment and facility.
• Promote retail products and at-home care and maintenance.
• Caring for the studio and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
