StretchLab - Blue Bell is seeking Personal Trainers to join our brand-new studio in Blue Bell, PA. Our Flexologists provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead small-group classes, delivering high-quality care and safe techniques.

You will build your book of business, engage with clients, participate in events, and help promote retail products while maintaining the studio and supporting sales efforts. A professional certification and passion for mobility are required.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Certification in Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga is required.
• Experience in a fitness/wellness setting providing hands-on training with clients.
• Excellent communication and empathy; ability to welcome diverse clients.
• Reliable work ethic and adherence to attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.
• Provide high-quality client care and experience.
• Ensure client safety and proper stretch techniques, enforcing studio policies.
• Build your book of business, convert prospects, and retain members.
• Participate in networking events, studio promotions and staff meetings.
• Handle member concerns, maintain the studio, and assist sales and tours as needed.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention.
• Promote retail products and at-home care therapeutics.

StretchLab is seeking Personal trainers who are interested in deepening their experience in stretch therapy, to join our team in our beautiful, brand-new studio that will be located in Blue Bell, PA. Position

Our trained Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients

Provide high-quality client care and experience

Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules

Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members

Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

Handle member concerns when applicable

Caring for the studio - clean and maintain equipment and facility

Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed

Maintain a strong social media presence to client membership and retention

Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance

Requirements

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility

Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor

Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client

Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people

Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy

Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals

Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies

Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application
