StretchLab - Blue Bell in Center Square, PA is seeking Flexologists to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group sessions for clients. You will focus on delivering high-quality experiences, ensuring safety, and growing your client base.

Qualifications

• Certification in Physical Therapy, Massage Therapy or a fitness modality.
• Experience training clients in a fitness/wellness setting.
• Ability to create a welcoming environment for all.
• Strong communication and empathy with clients.
• Willingness to complete Flexologist Training (online & hands-on).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions and lead group classes.
• Provide high-quality client care and experience.
• Ensure client safety and enforce studio policies.
• Build your client base, convert prospects, retain members.
• Participate in events, staff meetings, and promotions.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment.
• Assist sales and GM with tours and sales as needed.
• Grow social media presence for client retention.
• Promote retail products for home care and maintenance.
