StretchLab - Blue Bell is seeking a Chiropractor Assistant to deepen experience in stretch therapy at our brand-new studio in Blue Bell, PA. Join a team delivering one-on-one stretches and guided group classes, with a focus on client care and safety.

Youll start with hands-on training and have opportunities for professional development while helping clients move better and recover faster in a boutique fitness setting.

Qualifications

• Certification or expertise in Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor.
• Experience in a fitness/wellness environment with hands-on training.
• Excellent communication and empathy in client interactions.
• Positive, inclusive attitude to welcome all clients.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and group stretch classes for clients.

StretchLab is seeking Chiropractor Assistant who are interested in deepening their experience in stretch therapy, to join our team in our beautiful, brand-new studio that will be located in Blue Bell, PA. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm. With the help of our proprietary technology, we are able to use data analytics to create a variety of personalized and targeted wellness programs to empower our clients to move better, recover faster, and achieve their lifestyle and performance goals. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals with prior experience and certifications in various disciplines such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, personal training, yoga, pilates, and more. StretchLab has close to 400 locations open nationwide.

Position:

Our trained Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients

Provide high-quality client care and experience

Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules

Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members

Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

Handle member concerns when applicable

Caring for the studio - clean and maintain equipment and facility

Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed

Maintain a strong social media presence to client membership and retention

Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance

Requirements:

Love of boutique fitness environment is a must - passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility

Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor

Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client

Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people

Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy

Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals

Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies

Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 25 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application

Shift Availability:

Day, evening, and weekend Shifts as needed
