StretchLab - Blue Bell is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deepen stretch therapy experience at our Blue Bell, PA studio. You will perform one-on-one stretches and group sessions, while building client relationships and promoting wellness programs.

You’ll work in a brand-new studio with data-driven programs, and join a team of professionals across disciplines. Flexologist training and ongoing development are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness and mobility.
• Professional certification in related disciplines (PT/MT/Trainer/etc).
• Experience in fitness/wellness with hands-on client training.
• Positive environment for diverse clients.
• Excellent communication and empathy required.
• Passion for helping clients reach goals.
• Strong work ethic and good attendance.
• Eligible for Flexologist Training Program (25h online, 2 days in-person, 20h post-training).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group classes for up to 6 clients.
• Provide high-quality client care and experience.
• Ensure client safety and enforce studio policies.
• Build your book of business and retain members.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Maintain the studio and equipment.
• Assist sales and GM with tours and sales.
• Promote retail products for at-home care.

StretchLab is seeking Physical Therapy Assistant who are interested in deepening their experience in stretch therapy, to join our team in our beautiful, brand-new studio that will be located in Blue Bell, PA. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals with prior experience and certifications in various disciplines such as physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, personal training, yoga, pilates, and more. StretchLab’s proprietary flexologist ™ training ensures that our clients receive a consistent and high-quality stretching experience across all locations. StretchLab has close to 400 locations open nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Provide high-quality client care and experience
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Caring for the studio - clean and maintain equipment and facility
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence to client membership and retention
• Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance

Requirements

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes empathy
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
• Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 25 hours of online tutorials and 2 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application
