Job summary

VRSS ENTERPRISE INC. at iFlex Stretch Studios East Cobb is hiring a Stretch Therapist. You will deliver one-on-one stretch sessions to help clients move better, feel better, and live better, in a welcoming studio environment.

The role requires a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science or a recognized certification (NASM/ACE/NSCA/ACSM/ISSA/AFAA) and CPR/AED. Strong communication and a passion for helping others are valued traits.

Qualifications

• A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement.
• National certifications such as NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA or AFAA.
• Background in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Physical Therapy, or Personal Training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help others feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions using science-backed methods.
• Educate clients on posture, movement, and recovery.
• Build lasting client relationships and promote studio initiatives.
• Support new client intakes and contribute to a mission-driven studio.

What You’ll Do as a Stretch Therapist

Deliver Transformative One-on-One Stretch Sessions

Use proven, science-backed methods to help clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance physical performance.

Educate and Empower Clients

Apply your knowledge of anatomy and movement science to guide clients toward better posture, injury prevention, and recovery.

Build Lasting Relationships

Make a lasting impact through empathy, motivation, and expert guidance—your positive energy keeps clients coming back.

Contribute to a Mission-Driven Studio

Support new client intakes, promote studio initiatives, and bring enthusiasm to a team focused on changing lives through movement.

Grow Your Skills and Your Career

• A degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement
• OR a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, etc.)
• OR a background in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Physical Therapy, or Personal Training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine desire to help others feel their best

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• 1+ year of client-facing experience in fitness, rehab, or wellness
• A solid understanding of functional movement and human anatomy
