As a Certified Stretch Therapist, you\'ll deliver customized, one-on-one stretch sessions that help clients move better, feel better, and live pain-free. Whether you\'re guiding an athlete, supporting a desk-bound professional, or helping someone regain mobility post-injury, your work will make a real impact.
iFlex is a premier provider of assisted stretching, helping clients improve flexibility, reduce pain, and enhance performance. Our evidence-based approach combines hands-on care with a deep understanding of anatomy, delivering real results in a welcoming, professional studio environment.
- Lead personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
- Conduct assessments and create customized stretch plans
- Educate clients on movement patterns and proper techniques
- Track client progress through detailed session notes
- Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a top-tier experience
- Participate in studio events and help grow the client base
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in stretch therapy, massage therapy, personal training, or a related field
- OR a degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy, etc.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping others improve movement and live better lives
Preferred:
- Experience in fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, or sports performance
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way
- Comfortable recommending membership options to new clients
- Lives within 30 minutes of our Chandler studio with reliable transportation
