What Youll Do (and Love)

Lead Life-Changing Stretch Sessions
Deliver customized, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using proven techniques to help clients feel and function their best.

Be a Trusted Movement Expert
Educate and guide clients on mobility, posture, performance, and recovery. Your knowledge of anatomy makes you a key part of their wellness journey.

Build Lasting Relationships
Make every client feel supported, heard, and motivated to returnbecause of the care and connection you bring to every session.

Be a StretchLab Cumming Ambassador
Collaborate with our sales and studio teams to create a welcoming experience for every client, turning first-time visitors into regulars.

Keep Learning and Growing
Take advantage of continuous education, team trainings, and hands-on learning in a positive, professional environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're more than just a coachyoure a movement enthusiast whos passionate about helping people thrive. You bring energy, empathy, and expertise to every session and meet clients where they are.

You must have one of the following:

A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Human Movement, or a related field

A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

A professional license as a Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

A recognized credential in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance with anatomy training

Bonus Points If You Have:

CPR/AED certification (or are willing to get it)

1+ years working directly with clients in fitness, physical therapy, or wellness

Deep knowledge of human anatomy and functional movement

Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect

A positive attitude and strong sense of team spirit

The drive to work hard and have fun doing it
