Job summary

A wellness studio in Charlotte is seeking a Flexologist to lead one-on-one assisted stretching sessions. You will use proven methods to help clients improve mobility and feel their best. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or certification, and excellent communication skills. This position offers $23-$25/hour with a consistent schedule of 30+ hours/week, certification and training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or certification in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement.
• Certification from NASM, ACE, NSCA, or similar required.
• Professional license as a Physical Therapist or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches.
• Educate clients on mobility, posture, pain relief, and recovery.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.

Flexologist (30+ hours/week) StretchLab Charlotte (Rea Rd)

Location: 9815 Rea Rd, Charlotte, NC 28211
Pay: $23$25/hour (paid per 50-minute session)
Schedule: 6-hour shifts, including one required weekend day

Lead Life-Changing Stretch Sessions
Use our proven methods to deliver personalized, one-on-one assisted stretches that help clients move freely and feel their best.

Be a Trusted Expert
Educate clients on mobility, posture, pain relief, and recoveryyour knowledge of human anatomy makes you their go-to movement specialist.

Build Lasting Relationships
Create meaningful connections. Make each client feel supported, empowered, and excited to return.

Represent the Brand
Be a studio ambassador, support the sales team, and help turn first-time visitors into lifelong StretchLab members.

Keep Growing
Participate in continued education and in-studio training to stay sharp, inspired, and on top of your game.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Youre not just here to stretchyoure here to transform lives through movement, recovery, and human connection.

You must have one of the following:

A degree or certification in: Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, or Human Movement

A current certification from: NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, AFAA, NESTA, NCCPT, NFPT, or NCSF

A professional license as a: Physical Therapist, PTA, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, or Athletic Trainer

A credential in: Yoga, Pilates, Barre, or Dance, with anatomy or movement training

Bonus Points For:

CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to get certified)

1+ year of experience working directly with clients

Deep understanding of biomechanics and movement patterns

Being an excellent communicator and team player with a positive, professional vibe
