Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a Personal Training-Hourly Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions. You will build relationships, educate members, and promote stretch programs while delivering safe, effective sessions.

You will conduct demos, track client progress, and stay current with certifications, aiming to help members feel competent, confident, and connected through superior service.

Qualifications

• Certified trainer with current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience with assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to assist clients safely during sessions and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt, breathing drills.
• Engages in required training and keeps certifications current.
• Performs postural screening and goal setting to tailor stretching programs.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety and education.
• Promotes stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client’s plan.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.

Skills

Certified Personal Trainer

CPR/AED Certified

Knowledge of assisted stretching

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or related field
