Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer credential required.
• CPR and AED certification needed.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Keeps up with required training and certifications for the role.
• Conducts stretch and recovery demos for new clients, including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
• Provides fitness floor assistance to ensure safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Completes administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
