Job summary

The Stress Analysis Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Flight Sciences Engineering and oversees a team of approximately 8 to 12 engineers responsible for analysis, modeling, and testing to ensure compliance with airworthiness structural requirements, ensuring safety of flight, and meeting program cost and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with extensive aircraft structural analysis experience.
• Ability to lead engineering groups and manage budgets and staffing.
• Experience with FAA and Military Airworthiness requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Stress Analysis Group technical work and project status.
• Plan, schedule, and budget for the Stress Analysis Team.
• Provide regular program updates and performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach team members and drive continuous improvement.
