Job summary

The Exercise Coach is hiring part-time Strength/Stretch/Health Coaches for our Boca Raton studio. If you have a strong interest in health and fitness with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and good communication, we have a fun and fulfilling coaching position for you!

You will lead training sessions, provide assisted stretching, use state-of-the-art fitness technology, track client goals and results, and help grow the business through client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness and the drive to inspire others.
• Excellent in-person and phone communication with clients and teammates.
• Strong ability to connect with clients and convey energy and motivation.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science, human biology, and nutrition; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and semi-private strength training sessions.
• Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based fitness technology in coaching.
• Track client goals and fitness progress.
• Grow the business through client acquisition and retention.
