The Exercise Coach® - Palm Beach County (Boca Raton, Jupiter, North Palm Beach) is hiring part-time Strength/Stretch/Health Coaches for our Boca Raton studio. If you have a strong interest in health and fitness with enthusiasm and good communication, we have a fun and fulfilling Strength/Stretch/Health Coach position for YOU!
We provide training and certifications—paid and included as part of the path to becoming certified at The Exercise Coach® - Palm Beach County.
Qualifications
- Passion for Health & Fitness and ability to inspire others.
- Strong communication and in-person/phone interaction.
- People skills and energy to engage clients and teammates.
- Fundamental knowledge of exercise science, biology and nutrition; degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual and semi-private strength training sessions.
- Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
- Use evidence-based, state-of-the-art fitness technology.
- Track client goals and fitness results.
- Grow the business through client acquisition and retention.
