The Exercise Coach® - Palm Beach County (North Palm Beach/Jupiter) is hiring part-time Strength/Stretch/Health Coaches for our North Palm Beach and Jupiter studio. As a Coach at The Exercise Coach®, you will lead individual and semi-private strength sessions, provide coach-assisted stretching, use
Qualifications
- Passion for Health & Fitness and ability to inspire others.
- Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy working with clients and teammates; bring energy and enthusiasm.
- A college degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual and semi-private strength training sessions.
- Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
- Use evidence-based fitness technology.
- Track client goals and fitness results.
- Grow the business through client acquisition and retention.
