Job summary

The Exercise Coach® - Palm Beach County (Boca Raton) is seeking part-time Health Coaches to lead strength and stretching sessions at our Boca Raton studio. If you’re enthusiastic about health and fitness and communicate well, join our team for a fun, fulfilling coaching role.

As a Coach, you will lead sessions, provide stretching, and use our proprietary training methods and tech. We provide paid training and certification toward becoming a certified coach and stretch coach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills during in-person and on-the-phone training sessions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients and team.
• Foundational knowledge of exercise science, human biology, and nutrition; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual and semi-private strength training sessions.
• Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
• Use evidence-based fitness tech and track client goals.
• Grow the business through client acquisition and retention.
