The Exercise Coach® - Palm Beach County in Boca Raton is seeking part-time Strength/Stretch/Health Coaches for the Boca Raton studio. Evening hours are required; you will lead strength sessions and coach-assisted stretching using state-of-the-art fitness technology.

We provide comprehensive training and certifications, with paid path to becoming certified, plus opportunities for advancement and a friendly, wellness-focused workplace. Compensation is $20 per hour in the studio.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and fitness with strong enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate clients.
• Evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strength training sessions for individuals and small groups.
• Provide coach-assisted stretching sessions.
• Use exercise coaching technology to track progress.
• Assist in growing the client base through retention.
