Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established goals, including sales and KPI targets.
• Participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs.
• Have working knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards.
• Develop relationships with customers with a friendly attitude and excellent service.
• Meet store appearance, product knowledge, and operations standards.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stock area.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays tidy.
• Assist store management with markdowns and deadlines.
• Follow security policies and prevent loss prevention issues.
• Be vigilant for shortages and alert management of theft.
