Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and neat appearance.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Candidate will stand for long periods during shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed established goals, including sales and store KPIs.
• Actively participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentives.
• Maintain selling skills and customer service standards from training.
• Develop relationships with customers and answer the telephone professionally.
• Meet store appearance and product knowledge standards; keep area organized.
• Assist management to maintain the store and keep stock area tidy.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays updated.
• Assist with markdowns in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
• Follow security policies and report potential loss prevention issues.
• Monitor for shortages and report theft to management.
