Job summary

SNIPES is seeking a Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, assist with stock and replenishment, and maintain the store’s appearance. The role supports the brand and store operations while engaging the community and customers with enthusiasm for sneakers and streetwear.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, participating in promotions, and maintaining merchandising standards. The position requires a friendly attitude, ability to stand for long periods, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established sales and KPI targets.
• Actively participate in promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Maintain working knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and greet them warmly.
• Meet store standards for appearance, product knowledge and operations.
• Assist management to keep the sales floor and stock area organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep fixtures neat and filled.
• Assist with markdowns in a timely and correct manner.
