Job summary

SNIPES USA in New Jersey seeks a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain an energetic store environment. You’ll assist customers, stock replenishment, and support promotions to drive sales.

Must be at least 16, capable of standing long hours, and available weekends/holidays. The role involves working with a dynamic streetwear brand and staying aligned with store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established goals. These include sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, and KPI targets.
• Actively participate in all contests, promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Have a complete working knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards as set forth in Company training programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent customer service.
• Meet Company standards for store appearance, product knowledge and operations.
• Assist store management to maintain the store; keep sales floor and stock area clean and organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep fixtures neat and stocked.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with markdowns in a timely manner.
• Follow all security policies and report loss prevention issues.
