Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets and promotions.
• Participate in promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Use selling skills and customer service standards learned in training.
• Develop relationships with customers through friendly service.
• Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain store appearance, product knowledge, and organization.
• Assist store management to keep floors stocked and clean.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays updated.
• Assist with markdowns and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Follow security policies and report losses or theft.
• Monitor for shortages and notify management when necessary.
