The City of St. Peters is seeking a skilled Streets Maintenance Technician to perform advanced street maintenance, repair, and construction across the City's right-of-way. This position involves asphalt paving, concrete repair, snow removal, and operating heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate will have experience with heavy machinery, outdoor safety, and teamwork. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with seasonal snow duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year as Master Street Maintenance Worker or 7 years in street maintenance.
• Class A CDL valid in Missouri or obtain within 120 days.
• Skilled in reading plans and blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Perform skilled labor on streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way.
• Complete asphalt paving, crack sealing, concrete finishing, landscaping.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools with advanced skill.
• Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance on equipment.
• Report major repair needs and assist safety training.
• Supervise small crews during projects as needed.
• Review plans and data related to City street systems.
• Operate CDL class A vehicles with air brakes.
• Participate in snow removal during winter events.
• Follow City safety standards in all work.
