Qualifications

• General knowledge of electrical industry standards for 270 volts.
• General knowledge of working in traffic and City Rights-of-Way
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, GIS databases and CMMS systems.
• Must possess a valid State driver’s license
• Must be capable of personally driving a company vehicle in the performance of the duties contained herein
• Ability to work independently or in a small group of team members

Responsibilities

• Assist the City of Centennial Streetlight Program Manager in the management of selected subcontractor that will perform streetlight maintenance of approximately 2800 streetlights, including but not limited to information management and reporting.
• Assist the Streetlight Program Manager in project management services for capital projects related to streetlight maintenance.
• Coordinate daily inspections of all streetlights and log into the CMMS system for subcontractor work.
• Coordinate nightly inspections of all streetlights that are not functioning and log them into the CMMS system for subcontractor work.
• Effectively communicate with management, employees, other departments, the public and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems; respond to requests for service or assistance.
• Maintain a comprehensive, current knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, codes, and regulations.
