Jacobs in Centennial, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support the Program Director in delivering City of Centennial operations and maintenance services, including safety, quality, staffing, and procurement.
The role involves coordinating planning and execution, ensuring contract compliance, and driving continuous improvement across field services such as street maintenance, streetlights, ROW and facilities.

JACOBS is seeking an Assistant Program Manager (APM) at the city of Centennial, Colorado project to assist the Program Director (PM) in the overall management and leadership of the project's operations and maintenance deliverables, including, but not limited to safety, quality assurance, staff recruiting; training, development, mentoring, coaching and disciplinary actions and procurement of equipment and materials. The APM also assists the PM in coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of service delivery innovations with project staff to maximize JACOBS program efficiency, quality and service integrations. The APM assumes project management responsibility of the city of Centennial project in the PM’s absence.

The base salary range for this position is $155,600.00 to $240,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
